Valerian Root

Description

Valerian (Valerianu officinalis L Veleriana, valerian, capon’s tail, all-heal, garden heliotrope, English valerian, Vermont valeria, setwall, wild valerian) has sedative, anticonvulsant, antianxiety, and antidepressant properties. It relieves anxiety, nervousness, exhaustion, headache, and hysteria. Valerian is used to relax and strengthen the uterus.
